The controlling parties in the licensee acquired the WQAH-FM station license on November 30, 2011 pursuant to a
long-form transfer of control application granted on the same date. See File No. BTCH-20111026AGK. Thus, in
accordance with Section 73.2080(c)(6) of the Commission’s rules, the licensee’s EEO public file report covers only
the period during which the licensee has held the station license since acquiring the station on November 30, 2011.
There were no full-time job openings or hires during the limited reporting period, nor were any job listings posted.

the reporting period. Therefore, there are no data to report with respect to the number of persons referred by
