Moss Rock Music and Carl Cannon Chevrolet present Bluegrass on the Blackwater, October 16th and 17th, at Blackwater Park, Jasper, Alabama!  An early fall, family-friendly bluegrass festival, featuring Larry Cordle and Carl Jackson, Band of Ruhks, Don Rigsby, and Lard Bucket Bluegrass Band on Friday.  Saturday's lineup will feature Larry Sparks, Lonesome River Band, Dale Ann Bradley, and Junior Sisk & Ramblers Choice!  Hours are 1-10 p.m. Friday; 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday.

Daily passes are $40.  Weekend passes are $65.  Kids 10 and under free!  Or get a weekend pass with campsite for $115.

WWE Live is coming to Huntsville, Saturday night, September 12th, starting at 7:30 p.m., at Von Braun Center.  Featuring Randy Orton, Sheamus, Big Show, Ryback, Dolph ZIggler, Rusev, Mark Henry and many more!  Over 20 WWE superstars under one roof!

The 2015 Shades of Bluegrass Festival will be Friday and Saturday, September 11th and 12th, at Rogersville City Park in Rogersville, Alabama!  Featuring Bluewater Road, Rockdale Ridge Runners, Crossing Grass, Second Shift, Gritz Almost Bluegrass, Courthouse Pickers, and Shades of Bluegrass. 

Hours are 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday evening, then Noon to 10 p.m. Saturday.
Admission is $8 Friday; $10 Saturday; kids 12 and under free.

Rogersville City Park is located on Highway 207, about 1 mile north of Highway 72.

Labor Day Weekend in north Alabama means it's sweet tater time!  The 19th Annual Sweet Tater Festival will be Saturday through Monday, September 5th, 6th, and 7th, at Smith Lake Park at Cullman.  Yes, for the first time ever,  the Sweet Tater Festival will be three days instead of two!  Hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. all three days.  Admission is only a $3 donation. 

There'll be good food, games and rides for the kids, arts and crafts, a street rod car show, and of course, plenty of sweet taters and sweet tater pies! 

Plus, live entertainment all three days, including:

Winston Ramble and the Derek Alldredge Band on Saturday.
Ann Teichmiller, Union Grove Bluegrass, Clog Wild Cloggers, and the Kingsland Quartet on Sunday.
Ray Sparks Band, Chimney Branch, and Bama Country on Monday.
